Notes: | Merged into "Scott's" in c1894, which appears to be more of a restaurant, formerly listed at 18-19 Coventry Street, although the "Wilton" continues to be listed under this name at 20 Coventry Street after this date (at least until the 1910 Post Office directory). Now part of "London Trocadero" centre. The "St James Tavern" name which appears in the 1869 directory is taken by a nearby pub (45-46 Great Windmill St, see separate entry) which was rebuilt on the site of the "Catherine Wheel". |
