| Notes: | Online accounts suggest that the building which is in fact at 151-153 Park Road was the public house, although the street numbering in all records (up to and including the 1983 telephone directory) and on all Ordnance Survey maps going back to the 1870s points to the now-rebuilt hotel building next door on its right at number 155. Perhaps the building at 151-153 was some kind of annexe to the main hotel site? It is now a car showroom. |
